  • Trial limits — the free trial supports 5 listings and 2 portals. To unlock more, upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Portal credentials — APM requires your individual portal login (not the buyer/renter login). Check your portal's admin settings for API or agent credentials.
  • REAXML errors — if a portal rejects your listing, check the sync status panel in your dashboard. Error codes are documented in the in-app help.
